Flower Baskets


Please support Redeemer's Youth Ministry. The youth (grades 7-12) are selling 10" hanging flower baskets for $15 each to raise funds for youth programs and summer mission trips.  The varieties available for sale this year are calibrachoa, geranium, impatiens, and petunias. The baskets are available for sale NOW via an online order form at

https://www.cognitoforms.com/Redeemer4/RedeemerYouthFlowerSale.    Online payments via direct transfer from your bank account or via credit card are being accepted through Redeemer's secure online payment portal.  Checks and cash are also acceptable.  You can also place your order in person between services in the Crossroads from now until April 8th,  The baskets will be available for pickup on Friday, 4/20 from 4 pm to 7 pm and on Saturday 4/21 from 9 am to noon.

  • Worship Schedule

    The Traditional Service uses one of the settings from the Evangelical Lutheran Worship (ELW) hymnal and is complemented by an Aeolian Skinner pipe organ, adult choir and traditional hymns.

    Our Traditional Services are at 8:30 am and at 11:00 am. (Sept. - June)

    The Contemporary Service uses a modern liturgy with Praise Team singers and guitar, drums and piano accompaniment.

    Our Contemporary Service is at 9:45 am. (Sept. - June)

    At all services…

    Communion is served and a Nursery is available.

    Afterwards, coffee and fellowship are in the Crossroads foyer.

    Overflow parking is available at the McLean Medical Building (1515 Chain Bridge Rd) adjacent to Redeemer’s parking lot.

    Advent is the season of hope and begins right after Thanksgiving.

    The Christmas and Epiphany Seasons offer a sense of wonder at the birth of the Christ child.

    Mid-week services during Lent combine Bible Study with a meditative form of worship.

    The Easter Season gives us newness of life based on baptismal promises.

    The Pentecost Season leads us through the teachings of Christ.

  • Joining redeemer

    If you want to join Redeemer… Please indicate your interest by speaking with the Pastor and/or by sending her an email so we may get in touch with you and keep you informed of events and other news. Persons interested in joining Redeemer are asked to attend three orientation sessions prior to being received. The orientation sessions help newcomers become familiar with the ministries of Redeemer and Lutheran beliefs. The orientation sessions are led by the Pastor and by members of the Congregation Council. Notifications of upcoming orientations can be found in the announcement page of the bulletin. Please feel free to speak to the Pastor at any time with questions about Redeemer membership.
