Montana Mission Trip

Please keep in your prayers our 20 youth and 4 adults joining Pastor Kessinger for the Mission Trip to the Crow Reservation in Montana. It is the fifth largest reservation in the country, and like many Native American cultures, the Crow people struggle with poverty and unemployment.

Serving in Crow Reservation:

  • Serve through painting, cleaning, yard work, or other simple work projects.
  • Plan and lead childrens programming for children in the community, including Bible lessons, games, crafts, and reading.
  • Plan and facilitate sports based programming for community youth.
  • Most students will serve at each service site for part of the week. Those who serve with the sports program will remain all week.

  • Joining redeemer

If you want to join Redeemer… Please indicate your interest by speaking with the Pastor and/or by sending her an email so we may get in touch with you and keep you informed of events and other news. Persons interested in joining Redeemer are asked to attend three orientation sessions prior to being received. The orientation sessions help newcomers become familiar with the ministries of Redeemer and Lutheran beliefs. The orientation sessions are led by the Pastor and by members of the Congregation Council. Notifications of upcoming orientations can be found in the announcement page of the bulletin. Please feel free to speak to the Pastor at any time with questions about Redeemer membership.
