Chancel Care

Chancel care members (sacristans) care for the worship space of the Church: its furnishings, paraments, linens, and sacramental vessels.  Chancel care members work in teams and prepare the chancel area for the services of the Church, including preparing the altar for Holy Communion.  For more information, contact Phyllis Peter-Mallard.

Choirs

Choral music is part of all of our services at Redeemer.  For information about our choirs and their rehearsal times contact the church office at 703.356.3346. 

Communion Assistants

Communion assistants help in the administration of the sacrament of Holy Communion during all worship services.  For more information, contact the church office. 

Hosts

Hosts welcome worshippers to the church and assist visitors.

Readers

Readers assist in the traditional worship services by reading the Bible lessons for the day.  Readers receive the passages via email prior to the service.  For more information, contact the church office at (703)356-3346.

Ushers

Ushers assist in worship management and create a welcoming and safe worship environment.
