Enrollment

Redeemer Lutheran Preschool has developed an application policy that is as equitable as possible. We maintain a mailing list of interested families and then send our application packet out. This packet contains the application, detailed open house information and the due date.

If necessary, a lottery is held for each of the following groups current students, church member, alumni and new families. All classes are age appropriate; placement is based on child’s age as of September 30 for 3 and 4 year old classes. Children must be at least 2 years old on March 31 for the 2½ year old class. Children 3 years or older must be potty trained. Applications are separated into age groups, and then all applications are drawn in random order for class placement or the waiting list. Notification letters are mailed within two weeks after the lottery. Applications received later, are placed in a class or on the waiting list in the order received.

To apply, complete the application and submit along with the $75 nonrefundable application fee. All fees and tuition are payable to Redeemer Lutheran Preschool and are non-refundable.

Classes are filled with applications in the order drawn and the indicated preference, if possible. However, a student requesting a morning class may be placed in an afternoon class. If a morning slot becomes available, the next afternoon person is contacted. There is one waiting list for each age group. For 3 or 4 year olds, openings would be for the afternoon classes.

Applications and fees must be received by 3 PM on the Due Date:

All Other Families - Friday, January 22 Enrollment groups are processed separately.

If your child meets the birthdate requirement, the completed application and $75 application fee can be submitted anytime prior to the deadline. Noticfication letters are sent two weeks later.
